Emma found a passion for wellness through wilderness therapy. She brings extensive training on direct care staff protocols, procedures, communication skills and more from therapeutic wilderness. This background provides Emma with the skills necessary to facilitate empowering experiences for young women and their families.
Emma is dedicated to creating strong, capable teams so that both staff and students have more room to grow and explore their passions. In addition to staff development, Emma is excited to create fun and unique program experiences that challenge young women to get outside of their comfort zones.
