Stephanie Yeatts

Stephanie’s clinical experience includes college counseling, early intervention with special needs infants, school-based therapy for at-risk youth, and private practice for all ages. Her counseling style is warm, accepting and directive, utilizing each individual’s strengths and values. She incorporates therapeutic models such as EMDR, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, Mindfulness and Internal Family Systems. Stephanie values the therapeutic relationship as a catalyst for lasting change.

Additionally, Stephanie is a Certified Health Education Specialist and places a high priority on incorporating healthy lifestyle changes to improve one’s mental and physical health. She has recently deepened this passion with training on Nutritional and Integrated Medicine for Mental Health Professionals. At Skyterra Young Adult, she strives to provide each guest with education and tools for optimal health and wellness.

Stephanie says: “I am inspired by the process of change. By separating from the outside world and looking within, we find the strength and tools that help us move forward. I hope to walk alongside guests and empower them in this transformative process during their stay at Skyterra Young Adult.”
